With the IPL 2023 starting on March 25, 2023, all cricketer lovers keep their eyes on which team will win the IPL this year’s session. Will it be Gujarat titans like last year, or will another team surprise us this time? The essential part of this decision is the players of each team.

In recent times the auction was completed, and different players were sold out at different rates. Here are the best and most expensive Indian players for IPL 2023 Auction.

1. Mayank Agarwal 

Topping the list is Mayank Agarwal, signed by sunrise Hyderabad for whopping 8.25 crores.

  1. He was born in Bangalore on February 16, 1991.
  2. He is Indian international cricket, a right-handed top-order batter.
  3. He has earlier played for Karnataka in domestic cricket.
  4. This international debut for the Indian team was on December 26 2018, against Australia at MCG.
  5. His father, Anurag Agarwal, is a CEO of a healthcare company called natural remedies, whose net worth is US$35 million. 
  6. He completed his studies at bishop cotton boys’ school and Jain university, which is located in Bangalore .there he was teammates with K.L Rahul and Karun Nair.
  7. He is now the most expensive player in the 2023 IPL auction.

2. Shivam Mavi 

He was signed for six crores by Gujrat Titans. 

  1. He was born on November 26, 1998 (his age is 24 years), held at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
  2. He initially joined IPL as a KKR member in 2018 
  3. His batting style is a right-hand bat, and his bowling style is right-arm fast-medium 
  4. He is an all-rounder on the team 
  5. Has paid for India Under 19s, Kolkata Knight Riders, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh Under 19s.

3. Mukesh Kumar 

He is signed for 5.5 crores by Delhi’s capitals. 

  1. He is an Indian cricketer who plates for Bengal 
  2. His first debut was on the 30th doctor in the 2015-16 Ranji Trophy 
  3. He made his List A debut in December 2015 and his twenty20 debut on January 6, 2016, in the Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy.

4. Vivrant Sharma 

He is signed for 2.6 crores by Sunrisers Hyderabad. 

  1. He was born on October 30, 1999 
  2. he made his first list A debut on February 21, 2021, for Jammu and Kashmir for the Vijay Hazara trophy.
  3. He had his twenty20 debut on November 4, 2021, again for Jammu and Kashmir for the 2021 – 22 Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy 
  4. Sunrisers Hyderabad bought him for 2.6 Crores, which is 13 times his base price in IPL mini auction 

5. Manish Pandey 

The Delhi capital signs him for 2.4 crores. 

  1. He was born in Nainital, Uttarakhand, but later with his family, he moved to Bangalore at 15.
  2. His father was an Indian soldier, and he had his schooling done in Kendriya Vidyalaya and later joined the Karnataka State Cricket Association.
  3. He was a part of the under-19 world cup held in Malaysia, representing India. 
  4. He was selected as a player for Mumbai Indians in the 2008 IPL, and in 2009, he played for royal challenger Bangalore.
  5. He also became the first Indian to score a century in IPL.
  6. He then played for Kolkata Knight rider and scored 94 against Kings XI Punjab in the finals, making him the man of the match.
  7. He is also on the list of the top 10 scorers in 2 IPL seasons – 2014 (401 runs in 16 matches) and 2017 (396 runs in 13 matches)
  8. He was dropped for almost the entire season in IPL 2021 because of the lack of this performance.

6. Mayank Dagar 

He was signed by sunrises Hyderabad for 1.8 crores.

  1. Born on November 11, 1996, in Delhi (his age is 26 years)
  2. His batting style is the right-hand bat and his bowling style is slow left-arm orthodox
  3. He is mainly a bowler for a team.
