The BCCI on Tuesday conformed Rohit Sharma as Team India’s T20I captain for the domestic series against New Zealand. Also declared India’s squad for T20Is against New Zealand. India is established to play three T20Is beginning from 17th November.

BCCI announced India’s team for T20Is against New Zealand & India ‘A’ team for the South Africa tour  

The All-India Senior Selection Committee has selected a sixteen-member team for the future T20I series against New Zealand. India is estimated to play 3 T20Is beginning from 17th November 2021.

India’s T20I team: Rohit Sharma (Captain), KL Rahul (Vice-Captain), Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shreyas Iyer, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant (wicket-keeper), Ishan Kishan (wicket-keeper), Venkatesh Iyer, Yuzvendra Chahal, R Ashwin, Axar Patel, Avesh Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Deepak Chahar, Harshal Patel, Mohd. The Officers also selected the India ‘A’ team for the South Africa tour listed to begin from 23rd  November 2021 in Bloemfontein. The squad will play 3-four-day games during the tour.
