Stephen Paul Fleming (born 01 April 1973) is a former New Zealand cricketer, who captained New Zealand national cricket team in all three formats of the game. He is one of the most successful captains of New Zealand. Fleming played his first Test match in 1994 against India, where he got Man Of The Match Award for his 92 runs on debut.

Stephen Fleming announced his retirement from international cricket on 26 March 2008. After his retirement, he represented Chennai Super Kings in 2008 IPL and latter in 2019 he became the team’s coach.
