Raised up by playing street cricket with a tennis ball, Najib surely came a long way. He started his professional cricket for Afghan Cheetas in a domestic competition held in Pakistan. Widely known as the hard-hitting batsman, but due inconsistency in his batting kept him in and out from the team.
Najib came to rise in the 3rd ODI against Ireland when he smashed his maiden ODI ton to help his side to win the match. After this performance, he never looks back and now he has the top demand in franchise cricket. Najib Zadran was made the vice-captain of the side in ICC World T20 2021.
