In December 2022, Abrar Ahmed made his Test Debut for Pakistan in the 2nd Test of the Series against England. He became the 1st Pakistani bowler to take 5 wickets in the 1st session on Test debut, taking 7 wickets for 114 runs in total. Apart from this, he also became the 13th Pakistani bowler to take a 5-wicket haul on Test Debut. Abrar Ahmed Biography: Abrar Ahmed was born on 16th October 1998 in Karachi where he is the youngest among his eight siblings (5 brothers and 3 sisters). Shahzad Khan, one of his brothers, previously playing as a fast bowler for National Bank of Pakistan cricket team. He is presently 24 years old and is currently single and unmarried.

Abrar Ahmed Career in Cricket
Hailing from Karachi, Abrar Ahmed is a right-arm leg-break bowler who set the stage on fire when he made his T20 debut for the team Karachi Kings in the 2017 Pakistan Super League (PSL), which is a domestic T20 Cricket League in Pakistan.
He also made his First Class Debut on 20 November 2020 as he played for Sindh in the 2020-21 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy before making his List A debut for Pakistan Shaheens in the same year. In November 2021, he also made his List A debut for the Pakistan Shaheens against the Sri Lanka A cricket team.
He draw attention in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2022-23 where he took 43 wickets for 7 matches for Sindh at an average rate of 21.95 taking five 5-wicket hauls and 1 10-wicket hauls in the Trophy. He finished the tournament as the leading Wicket-Taker of the Tournament, which was one of the primary reasons he received his national call-up in the Pakistan Cricket Team.
