The teen kid who has roots from Gujrat, India named “Haseeb Hameed” is the youngest player to open a test inning for England. The stylish right-hand bat with the hint of leg spin Haseeb Hameed was initially trained in Mumbai by his local coach. Haseeb was brought up in Lancashire at studied at Bolton school. His father used to do work in a textile company in past.
Haseeb Hameed was firstly picked by English selectores to face Bangladesh in 2016 but didn’t get any opportunity. He later made his Test debut against India in India at Rajkot in 2016. In his debut innings, he impressed everyone with his healthy technique and gameplay. He tackled Indian spinner Ashwin and Jadeja very well where other batters struggled he played sensibly and scored 82 in the second inning of the debut match. He’s part of 2021-2022 Ashes in Australia.
