    Michael Neser Full Biography

    The African-born Micheal Neser moved to Australia with his parents at the age of just 10.  The teenager kid bowls right-arm medium and bats right hand, his abilities with the bat and ball earned him a spot in the Queensland squad. He made his first-class debut for Queensland in the 2010-2011 shield season where he took a four-wicket haul in his debut innings. His extraordinary performances earned him a rookie contract for the Queensland side. He made his BBL debut for Brisbane Heat in the inaugural season of BBL and was later selected to play IPL where he was smashed badly and conceded over 60 runs in his quota of four overs.

    Nerser’s career turning point came in the late 2010 decade. in 2018 he was named in  Sheffield Shield team of the year. Although he made his ODI debut in 2018 against England, he managed to score only 6 runs but he made his test debut against England in Ashes 2021-2022 due to the absence of Pat Cummins due to COVID-19.
