Nauman Ali Full Biography
Hailed from the rural areas of Sindh, Nauman Ali was born in Khipro, a small city in a subdivision of the District Sanghar. His uncle Rizwan Ahmad has already represented Pakistan at the national level. Nauman made his International debut at the age of 34 against South Africa in the home series. He has to wait long for his turn in the international circuit.
However, he proved himself in the Quaid-e-Azam 2019-2020 season where he took 54 scalps in 10 matches and ended the tournament as the leading wicket-taker. This made his way easier for the national call and hence he grabbed the attention of selectors and made his debut against South Africa. He paired up with Yasir shah and took a five-wicket haul in his first test match with an economy of just 1.87. Nauman Ali impressed everyone with his accuracy and the ability to bowl longer spells.
Apart from his bowling, Nauman proved handy with the bat and provide stability while coming down the order. He scores 45 against South Africa and again scores 97 against Zimbabwe and contributes 169 runs partnership with Abid Ali after the early collapse of the top-order batsman.
