Born on 5 Oct 1999, Washington Sundar is an Indian cricketer who started as a batsman before making his name as off-spinner. He inspired by Ravichandran Ashwin for his immersive bowling. He was selected to play for Rising Pune Supergiant in the 2017 edition of IPL and take place of Ravichandran Ashwin who was got injured at that time. In the first qualifier, he gave his remarkable performance when he takes 3 wickets which helped the Rising Pune to reach into the finals. He made his international ODI debut on 13th Dec 2017 vs Sri Lanka at Mohali.
