Yashasvi Jaiswal Biography: Yashasvi Jaiswal (born 28 December 2001) is an Indian cricketer who plays domestic cricket for Mumbai. A young left-handed batsman with a strong batting technique. His journey to become a cricketer is an inspiring story for all. He was born in a poor family and his father used to run a small hardware store for livelihood in Uttar Pradesh. At the age of 10, he left his house and moved to Mumbai to fulfil his dream of playing cricket. He had an uncle there who arranged a job for him in a diary shop. But eventually, he was fired from the workplace as he used to sleep during working hour. Having no choice, he forced to stay in a tent with groundsmen at Azad Maidan.
After leaving in tents for three years, he was first spotted by a local coach Jwala Singh in a practice season. The local coach got to know about his condition and offered a place to stay. From then Jaiswal started taking part in various tournaments. He first came into the discussion when he scored an unbeaten 319 runs with a bowling figure of 13/99 in a Giles Shield match which was a record in school cricket.
