The BCCI’s Secretary Jay Shah on Wednesday took to his official Twitter to announce the schedule for the upcoming Asia Cup. The 2023 Asia Cup is co-hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka from August 30 to September 17.

India to open the Asia Cup campaign against Pakistan on 2nd September at Kandy Srilanka while Pakistan will take on Nepal in the opening match of Asia Cup at Multan, Pakistan. Six teams are participating in the Asia Cup and are divided into two groups of three teams each.
Group A: Pakistan, India and Nepal
Group B: Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka
The tournament will follow a hybrid model and a total of 13 matches are to be played including the final out of which 4 matches will be played in Pakistan and the remaining 9 matches will be played in Sri Lanka, The final will be played in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
