If we take a look at the points table RCB has played 12 matches out of which they have won 6 and lost 6 of their matches, RCB has 12 points now and has 2 matches remaining if RCB wins both matches then they will have 16 points which could create trouble for Chennai Super Kings and Lucknow Super Giants, on the other hand, both CSK and LSG are at 15 points and both has 1 match to play, Looking at such a tight battle in the points table, former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra said that both Chennai and Lucknow would be praying that Bangalore loses their upcoming match.
“Both Chennai and Lucknow will probably be praying that Bangalore lose because as soon as they lose, the ‘Q’ will be put in front of their names because only one team will be able to reach 16 points, and that is Mumbai,” Aakash Chopra said in a video on his YouTube channel.
he further said that CSK & LSG would have nothing to worry about if Bangalore lose their match against Hyderabad, as RCB would then finish with 14 points considering they win their last game.

“Even if Bangalore win (their last game), they will be stopped at 14 only. Mumbai might also be stopped at 14. So a team on 14 might still qualify, but no one will be able to reach 15. Then Chennai’s match against Delhi and Lucknow’s match against Kolkata will become immaterial if Hyderabad win here,” Aakash Chopra added.
RCB will face SRH Today, 18th May, at 7:30 pm in Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad
