Delhi Capitals batsman Ajinkya Rahane has contributed 30 oxygen concentrators to fight against COVID-19 in the Maharashtra state.
The Indian Test team vice-captain’s donats towards Mission Vayu was recognized by MCCIA Pune. They extended their thanks to Ajinkya Rahane for his kindness. MCCIA also mentioned that the 30 oxygen concentrators would be sent to the most impacted districts of Maharashtra.

Ajinkya Rahane has joined the likes of Shikhar Dhawan, Pat Cummins, Brett Lee, Nicholas Pooran, Jaydev Unadkat, Sachin Tendulkar and lot of other cricketers who have contributed their little bit in this pandemic situation.
Before in the day, Mumbai Indians all-rounder Hardik Pandya said that his family would contribute 200 oxygen concentrators to the rural parts of India (countryside).

Ajinkya Rahane has scored eight runs in IPL 2021 so far
Although Ajinkya Rahane has won everybody’s hearts with his action, he is yet to affect the Delhi Capitals fans with his batting feats. Rahane has played only 2 games in IPL 2021, scoring 8 runs at a strike rate of 100.
The Capitals dropped him from their playing XI later they lost to the Rajasthan Royals. Australian batsman Steve Smith has taken Rahane’s place in the batting unit.

Watching at the way the Capitals have performed in IPL 2021 until now, it is doubtful that Ajinkya Rahane will get a game shortly. Although, Rahane could come into the XI in case any top-order batsman is not available.
