Sri Lanka’s Left-handed batsman Shehan Jayasuriya will not represent Sri Lanka anymore. He reportedly informs the Sri Lankan Cricket board that he will not be offering his service for any Domestic or International match because he was shifting to the United States of America (USA) along with his family.

He made his debut in 2015, Jayasiruya did not get many chances to play in the matches, despite that he Featured in 12 ODI and 18 T20I matches for Sri Lanka. He scored 195 runs in ODI matches and 241 in the T20I matches. He also picked up 3 wickets in each match format and he has not represented Sri Lanka in Test matches. The International Cricket Council confirmed his departure.

Sri Lanka’s cricket is not performing at its full potential. They have endured disastrous losses in their tour to South Africa. They were destroyed by the the Sri Lanka in both of the matches. Even the Test matches did not last 5 days all of the players got back to the pavilion one by one. The series the most shameful series for the team.
