    Virat Kohli on Thursday became the fourth Indian player to play 500 international matches in his career, He is behind Sachin Tendulkar who has played 664 Matches and is on the top of the list followed by MS Dhoni who has played 538 matches, while Rahul Dravid has played 509 Matches in their international carrer.

    The first player to score fifty in the 500th International match:

    Virat Kohli also created history by scoring a half-century in his 500th International match on Thursday, he became the only player to score a half-century in the 500th International match.

    Virat Kohli overtook Sehwag’s Record: (In 1st Test against West Indies)

    Virat Kohli has become the fifth-highest run-scorer for India in Test cricket. He scored 76 of 182 balls on day 2 of the first Test in Dominica, West Indies and overtook Sehwag’s record of scoring 8,503 runs in 103 Test matches, The 34-year-old has scored 8,515 runs in 109 Test cricket so far. Kohli made his Test debut in 2011. Indian Legend Sachin Tendulkar is on top of the list with 15,921 runs in 200 matches followed by Rahul Dravid with 13,288 in 164 matches, Sunil Gavaskar with 10,122 in 125 matches, V V S Laxman with 8,781 in 134 matches.
