Pakistan and West Indies are today playing the match out in the final ODI of their 3-match series at the Multan Cricket Stadium. Although, the contest had to be stopped due to dust storms in the city.
Due to poor visibility, West Indies and Pakistan performers had to walk back after 33 first innings overs. Pakistan was 155/5 when play was stopped. While the match resumed after a brief pause, the game was reduced to 48 overs per side due to bad weather.
Especially, performers from the Windies camp were seen wearing face masks on the cricket ground. However, they weren’t wearing masks due to COVID-19 protocols to protect themselves from the dust storm.

While Pakistan has earlier clinched the series by securing inclusive victories in the first 2-fixtures, the visitors will be aiming to salvage some pride by claiming a sympathy win in the 3rd and final game of the 50-over rubber.
The Babar Azam-led side, on the other hand, has an important chance of white-washing West Indies and will look to go all guns blazing in the third ODI.

Pakistan captured the toss and elected to bat primary. While cricketer Imam-ul-Haq delivered with a gutsy 62-run knock, the rest of the top order failed to affect the encounter.
Windies’ skipper stunned the Pakistani side with his bowling performance in the match. The part-time spinner conceded 48 runs from his full quota of 10 overs and picked up 4-crucial wickets.
Shadab Khan firmed the ship for his team with a great knock to lower the order. The right-hander secured an invaluable 86 runs. Pakistan gets a run to recover from their risky position of 117/5 and secure 269/9 in their 48 overs.
