The Women’s Premier League will be held in the month of march in Mumbai at Patil Stadium and BrabA total Stadium. A total of five teams are participating, and among them is Mumbai Indian.
Harmanpreet Kaur, who recently became the first female player to complete 150 T20 internationals, was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 1.8 crore at the auction last month.
“We are thrilled to have Harmanpreet as the captain of Mumbai Indian first-ever women’s cricket team,” says Nita Ambani, the owner of the Mumbai Indian team, on Wednesday during a media release.
