According to WHO: Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that on entering humans and animals can cause illness ranging from the common cold to mild to severe respiratory diseases.

Avoid traveling, and maintain a safe distance from everyone. Avoid eating street food, wash vegetables, and fruits properly. Consume only those fruits which have a peel. Precaution is better than cure.

It can spread to anyone but almost 80% of the people can easily recover from it. Older people who already have medical issues are more prone to be badly affected by it. Infants and children are more vulnerable to get infected.
7. Are antibiotics effective in the infection?
No, antibiotics help only in bacterial infection and since this is viral infection antibiotics should not be consumed. Self-medication at all costs should be avoided. Seek medical supervision if you face any difficulty.
8. Incubation period:
It is the period of catching the infection and showing symptoms. It is generally between 1 to 14 days.
9. Can a person get COVID-19 through its pet?
Only one case in Hongkong has been detected where a person was infected through his dog. But to date, nothing has been confirmed regarding this, and it mainly transmits through coughing and sneezing.
Stay indoors as much as you can. Follow all the health advisory and if infected seek medical care immediately. 80% of people can recover from it and so no need to panic. Just keep yourself and your loved ones safe and protected.
